Very clean & beautiful updated bathrooms

Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The shower was good and the towels were good. We took the boat to Dry Tortugas and the hotel was within walking distance. Also loved the ice maker in the room. Also enjoyed the ceiling fan.

The lack of parking will by my reason for never staying here again. There is only parallel parking along the streets and most of the spaces are marked Residential. We drove around for quite a while before we found a space to park. The room only had one chair inside so one of us had to sit on the bed. The room is small, but maybe lose the small chest and add a chair. The bed mattress was not that comfortable. Also be aware that this place does not have a 24hour front desk. We stayed two nights and never saw anyone. They texted me the information I needed and left instructions for us.

Extremely cozy and well kept B&B!

Our room was nicely furnished, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Very peaceful. Prooerty is about .6 miles from the center of old Key West and the nightlife. It's an easy walk from the property, and we appreciated being able to have a quiet place to rest and sleep.

This is a lovely old building converted into about 8 units. Ours was on second floor (no elevator but didn't bother us) and it had a lovely, large covered balcony with comfortable furniture. Our room was large, with nice furniture. There was no built in closet but there were wall hooks and a corner rod. The bath was modern with a large walk-in shower. Towels and linens were plush. Coffee supplies were provided in the room, with a private ice-maker and small fridge. Coffee was also available downstairs in the office. We are planning to go back later this year.

The second level requires climbing steep stairs with suitcases. The hotel is very clean and manager saved parking place for me. Friendly staff.

Jeff and staff are super! they treat you like friends and family! accommodations are excellent, homey, clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Back garden was nice. Private entrance was great. Shower was amazing!

No secured parking. A/C did not work on the 3rd night. Room was not accessible to me (5 foot) but fine for my husband (6ft 3). Bed too high and sink is set back too far from edge making access very difficult to wash face & brush teeth. Had to stand on tip toes and still made a mess. Only saw very top of head in bathroom mirror. Asked for a stool but was told none was available. Suggest getting one. One of the bed posts blocked viewing the TV.

Quaint
