Townhouse Pondicherry

The location was in the midst of the city and the rooms were clean. The air conditioning was also proper.

The staff did not let me keep the luggage at the hotel post check-out. Because of this I had to carry my luggage and roam pondicherry for 5 hours post check-out until I could catch my flight back

Throughout our stay, the staff exhibited friendliness and willingness to assist. Their approachable demeanor contributed to a positive interaction with the hotel's team. Also, the rooms are big and comfortable. clean bathroom.

The amenities were superb. Staff and hospitality was the best. Check in was prompt. Highly recommended.

The desk help at the Oyo was very rude and demanded extra money and did not greet the customers . No hospitality No lift in the building No help boy

The staff was very arrogant. I didn't like how he treated his customers.
