Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable.Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay.

"Worst place to stay"

Staff are rude even challenge to say they don’t care about negative review. Beds are very dirty and with bed bug.The worst ever place ever stayed

Staff were polite and i appreciate that. When we informed that we were not comfortable with our room they initially provided they immediately helped us change the room and provided us with the listed facilities.

We could not get the proper drinking water facility. The water filter was empty for almost 3 days and every time we needed water to drink we had to step outside the stay and buy from shop outside which was a little inconvenient situation being in a hot climate.
