Rooms were clean and comfortable with updated furniture. Beds were average. Reasonable water pressure in shower. You can *actually* close the doors quietly! Towels and other linens were adequate.

The television set up has problems and is overly complicated. There's an instruction card in the room, but the process didn't work. Had to change rooms in order to get a working television system. Another issue is that the "front desk" is a small vestibule separated by glass that becomes an absolute sweatbox in the evening hours. The glass is also hard to hear through, and though largely courteous, the operator's accent is very difficult to understand in this situation. Please start opening the lobby door to guests checking in to allow better communication.

It was a nice room but someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night luckily we travel safely and set the door

That when I arrived they tried to say I only booked one room at the price and it wasn’t until I showed them and said I would call booking they fixed it.

The room was nice. Nice mattress.

The smoke detector was on the nightstand. I had to call the front desk because there was no hot water all day. No continental breakfast. No Do not disturb sign, maid came in anyways even after the first night. I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room 😔.

It was clean

They monitor the hot water so when I wanted to take a shower during the night I had to wait until I got someone on the phone to turn it on
