Great staff and clean

The water temperature was reversed In our room: hot is cold.

Nothing at all because booking took my payment for the room then when I got there they made me pay again ,so I paid 2 times for one room for one night ,then I call to tell them that they owe me a refund and r telling me that I'm wrong ,do not ever book with this hotel

Check in was hirrible

It was quiet

The amenities were limited, 2 quarter" thick tiny bar soaps and 1oz pkt of shampoo. There was a roach on the coffee amenity tray, the floor was filthy because my feet were black from walking barefoot. The fitted sheet was dirty, it had something dried and crusty on it and pubic hairs so we slept on top the flat sheet. The beverage vending machine was broken.

Property was an older building but remodeled. Up to date design and decor. It was clean and comfortable. Decent for the price.

Had to ask for more toilet paper and towels and was told we had to wait until "later" to get them. Hard to communicate with staff based on language barrier.

Very comfortable and rooms were clean
