Amazing location super cute room massive bed cute features.

Bathroom is tight on space whacked my elbow a few times on the sink while sitting on the toilet. Was a bit awkward to move in there.

The house and apartmen were fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dry rack, kitchenware, and cute decorative items

We were scolded for our use of the kitchenware, we were a large group and used all the kitchenware of both units, this was apparently not allowed due to the delicate pieces. We still don’t know what difference it makes to use a cup upstairs or downstairs but other than that it was really amazing

The carpet in the living room is old and of poor quality. It is thin and does not adhere to the floor, causing me to trip several times. This is dangerous.

The kingbsizenbedbwas amazing and we liked how the place stayed so cool in hot weather. Almost cold so the space heaters came in handy. We also liked how responsive the staff was with any questions we had.

Our only complaint was the water temperature of the shower was inconsistent.

Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral, in der Nähe vom Hauptplatz, ruhig gelegen, div. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Toilette/Duschraum sehr eng, Armaturen Bad/Küche wackeln, müssten besser verschraubt sein.

Plenty of space with a great location and excellent communication with the property managers. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

There were some construction issues in one of the bathrooms needing some repair and updating.

Pros: The location and is great and the keypad entry system at the front gate and apartment felt very secure. The host is kind, communicative, and helpful via WhatsApp when we had questions or when issues arose. Comfy bed. There are two small space heaters which helped a lot since it’s quite cold in the winter. They take good care of the property as evidenced by the maintenance workers were there working on the building's front patio every day of our two-week stay.

Cons: The upstairs kitchen is directly above the basement’s bedroom, so, as light sleepers, the upstairs people woke us up a lot when it was occupied. And remember that this is Mexico so you cannot flush toilet paper (not even for #2) or the toilet will clog; that's not the host's fault but you need to be aware of this. And because it’s a basement at the back of the building, it’s quite dim inside, so you need to use the lights inside even during the day.
