Venice Cityview Guesthouse

La struttura si è rivelata deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Il bagno era in comune, anche se questo non era chiaramente indicato nella descrizione. Inoltre, era richiesto di gettare la carta igienica in un cestino accanto al WC, cosa poco igienica e scomoda. La cucina risultava inutilizzabile e, cosa ancora più grave, mancava l'acqua calda. Era tutto sporco, l'unica cosa pulita (forse) erano i lenzuoli. Anche se il prezzo è contenuto, l’esperienza complessiva è stata negativa. Non lo consiglio.

Good location and access.

There was only one gas burner in the kitchen, and we were not allowed to use the other gases, which made cooking difficult. It was not completely clean .

Very nice host, location very okay. Could have been a bit cleaner, shared kitches had neacessary tools. Shared Bathroom was okay. Overall good spot. Thanks

The accommodation is located quite successfully, we were satisfied with the location. The host is a very responsible, welcoming, kind and very polite person. We communicated very well regarding check-in time and were already expected upon our arrival. The room was spacious, the bed was quite big and comfortable. The linens and products provided by the host were of very good quality. We felt quite comfortable. We would definitely come back again.

No alojamento supostamente teríamos acesso à cozinha, onde consta no anúncio que tem micro-ondas (que não existe na realidade) e placa de fogão (que tem um anúncio no local que não se pode usar). Portanto só tivemos acesso ao frigorífico. Existe indicação de proibido fumar, e o cheiro que se sente por todo o alojamento é cheiro a tabaco. O quarto é grande, porém o sistema de aquecimento não funcionava. Deveria pagar de taxa de turismo 1.5 euros por pessoa, e foi-nos cobrado 4 euros por pessoa no local.

Très bien comme petit pied à terre pour dormir afin de se rendre sur Venise. On nous laisse les clés pour rentrer quand on veut. Grande chambre spacieuse en lit double avec une armoire et deux tables de chevet. Petit jardin pratique pour se poser un peu si besoin. Il y a un frigo et une bouilloire de disponible comme équipement électroménager. Les transports pour Venise et l'aéroport sont à proximité donc facilité d'accès. Il y a aussi un lidl et un grand supermarché. L'endroit est calme. Pas de bruits la nuit. Je recommande.

Only response to your message on check in day. I messaged for luggage storage before check in for few times. No response. I waited 1 hour outside and need to ask for help from others as i didn't have WiFi/ phone call to contact them or receive their last minute check in information. Non response to phone call when i asked someone to help me to call them The property and the room is ok . But be prepared for difficulty to check in as what i experienced as well as other reviews written. If they can improve this，it will be a great accommodation. And i will give 10.

Not far from Venezia Mestre train station (but for an older person, about 20 min on foot). Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Everything a traveller needs, even for a longer stay: nice equipped shared kitchen and care for small details, especially in the shared bathroom, making my stay comfortable. Good communication with the owner.
