Venice Cityview Guesthouse

I stayed in the same room in the summer and this was a good option. I were allowed to come in the morning as my room was ready for check in.

It was extremely cold in the room. I never get off my coat. The heating timetable is that no heating in the night, in the evening and early morning only. It was about 0C in venise. And there is kitchen with a fridge, but there are no any equipment to make a tea at least.

The oven does not work, there is very little plates, bo tea towels, the shower head does not have a way to hold it up, and the property has a mosquito infestation. It is excellent value, particularly as very close to venice. But not you don’t get a lot.

Close to the train station and supermarkets, a quiet street.

Very dirty shower, mould in the kitchen and bathroom.

Price is good The guy for check in was nice he tried to help and waited there for check in since I arrived a little bit late.

Struttura spartana ma vicino alla stazione

It was very dirty, the floor made my feet black with dirt just for walking around inside the room not going in other parts of the house, very poor condition there spiders crawling in different places, the room had a disgusting smell the moment u stepped inside and very noisy i dont know if there was another guest or the family lived upstairs but the noise was very bad they kept moving furniture at 6am and throwing stuff on the ground i felt like it was dont on purpose. The door of the room was part glass and just covered with a piece of plastic. We had stayed in much nicer places for the same price but this was truly disgusting.
