Everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, and excellent amenities. The room and amenities were clean and tidy. Everything was close by. Apartment will need soon some refresh but it still tidy :D

Sofa wirkt schon etwas älter und gut benutzt, müsste mal erneuert werden Badezimmer benötigen eine Überholung, außerdem merkwürdiger Geruch

Great location. Property was a great size, equipped we everything we needed. We did have to buy hand soap as there wasn’t any in the bathrooms. We only used the kettle and fridge but these were good. TV worked well and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately our stay was severely impacted by the noise from other guests. The walls were very thin and big groups of younger clients appeared to be staying in adjacent rooms. They were making noise until 3am on every night we stayed there. You can hear people walking around on the floor above and moving chairs around. When we checked out the lift had stopped working and the lights had gone off. My 60 year old mother had to bring our suitcase down 6 flights of stairs whilst I used my phone as a torch. I had just had a medical procedure and was unable to help. I did contact the staff who contacted the other residents but it didn’t appear to make a different. Staff were excellent on check in. I understand it’s not their fault but I have stayed in Alicante 7 times in the space of a year and never had a noisy stay anywhere else. It was also a Sunday/monday/tuesday stay when you expect the noise to be at a minimum compared to the weekend
