The location was great and central. Very close to almost everything like the beach, stores, old town and shopping for the ones who like that. The 3 bedroom setup was a nice fit for us (two families with 2 kids) and two fully fitted bathrooms was very useful.

The apartment is in need of some TLC. Door on one of the bathrooms had water damage and not a single door in the apartment closed without rubbing against either the floor or the frame. The floor on one of the bathrooms are in need of replacing and the same goes for the drop-ceiling in the same bathroom. With some TLC this would be an amazing looking apartment.
