"Overall fine for a short stay but significant room for improvement."

Comfy beds, staff were friendly. Ok for a short layover.

The bathroom had a very mouldy smell - needed to keep the door closed. No filtered water was available (only 2 small complimentary bottles of water). Breakfast options were limited for the included breakfast. I was surprised there were no fruit options). Finally they advertise an airport shuttle which is why I booked here however there was no airport shuttle available during our stay.

Customer service and the room

Some bedroom lights are not fixed and was not fixed after I requested it to be fixed the next day. My mom says the room smells off/old. Good thing i always bring my antibacterial spray for rooms. The tv channel selection is complicated.

Staff very friendly.

Room was old. No hot water in shower. No wifi. No soap in shower. Breakfast potatoes were cold.
