受付のスタッフは丁寧に対応してくれてとても親切でした。

立地上仕方がありませんが、外向きの窓がありませんので部屋は暗いです。 そのためカビ臭いですがエアコンのドライで軽減されます。 TVの使い方が不明でした。

Room was large

Booking.com showed that this hotel was 3.4km away from the airport and we needed something nearby so we booked it. Once we got in the Grab to the hotel, it turned out it was much further away and would take us half an hour. Bathroom was subpar, not very clean, and the multiple shower heads didn’t work very well, and the water temperature was almost impossible to get right. Pool looked pretty good at night but in the daytime you can see that it needs a deep clean. We were awoke before some time after 6am by loud party music that lasted at least an hr.

The location was quite good and away from the 'nightlife' of Angeles, but still close to some restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. I arrived at 02.45hrs and the check in lady was excellent. Very cheerful, courteous and polite. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, air con worked very well and all in all I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The room was somewhat smaller than I anticipated but to be fair this was not a major concern. The other slight 'inconvenience' was some noise from children using the swimming pool. The hotel has small a central internal/indoor pool with rooms structured around this over the 3 floors. It is a pleasant feature and adds to the ambience. However if people using the pool, are noisy then it becomes annoying. I can not comment for every room, but for my room at least on the 3rd floor I could hear the children shouting very clearly well into the evening.
