Beautiful hotel with good food and friendly staff. However the prices of the food en drinks menu are misleading: you should add 10% service taxes and 20% government taxes, which makes the restaurant quite expensive.

The entire stay at Kayaam House was absolute perfection. Every member of the team is incredibly kind and helpful - special thanks to the manager Ishan who went above and beyond - and the property is breathtakingly beautiful. A sensational place to reset mentally and physically, and our favourite hotel during our Sri Lanka round trip.

"Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at."

Beautiful hotel with only a few rooms and the most wonderful staff. The beach is gorgeous with rough waves but almost completely deserted besides a few hotel guests. Hemal, the chefs and other staff members really go the extra mile to make sure you have the most perfect stay. Total tranquility, exceptional service and also amazing cuisine!

This is a unique and beautiful property - if you’re looking to relax, be pampered and eat amazing food in a beautiful picturesque location, Kayaam House is a must. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to. While it is located in a more remote area (and you may need assistance with the hotel transportation to get to the main roads), the remoteness is worth it.
