Great location, good price.

The other guests were smoking in the toilet and conservatory.

I didn’t stay at the property , from entering the drive way it was very uneasy. I walked away from the front of the property and basically ran, it was a scary situation and I had to book another hotel which cost a lot of money. It was not a nice place or situation to be in.

Value for money. Helpful owner sorted problem out quickly and effectively Close to town centre.

No parking On site is let down to have to park on the road /pavement On a housing estate which can be noisy Cctv not working as no feed lead in tv in living room was blank.. Property needs a little tlc ie bathroom window latches hanging off. Mould in bathroom around sealant and in bedroom windows . Mote attention to cleaning ie the chandler in bathroom was very dusty.

Central location close to bus station, with lovely walks nearby - canal tow path and Pennington Flash.

Check in was delayed due to lack of response initially by owner. Property was run as an HMO (I think) as well as B&B. Bath with shower above was tricky for me at my age. No shower mat - slippy surface.
