Very nice clean apartment.

The lift sometimes stops.

Everything was spot on and a great location

Good location, clean and spacious appartment, nice view from the windows, bed was ok.

Communication was not easy, we had to call the owners because the information we got was not updated. There was no information inside the flat (on wifi, on sheets, on garbage,..) We had to find out everything ourselves. Don't go here in a heatwave, because it was 32 degrees in the flat with only one small fan and only one window that can be opened.

Communication before stay good explaining payments, & access. Check for message updating keycode on arrival day. The entrance of the building was tidy & clean. Good flat with everything you need & great view. Clean bathroom & comfy bed. Bedroom has white vertical blinds so bright in morning. Interesting area with historic buildings, not far from the Cathedral & 10 min walk into city centre.

The lift is temperamental so you can't rely on it. Not sure safe to open bedroom window especially as it was windy one evening. Would benefit from step stool to reach kitchen cupboards & bedroom blinds. Would also benefit from instructions for TV.

Location was good, next to the Cathedral and a few minutes walk to city centre. White bed linen was a bonus but poor quality.

The entrance of the building was filthy with condom packets discarded on the steps. The instructions given on Bookings were totally incorrect. When eventually the lockbox was opened there wasn't any keys. No curtains just white vertical blinds offering no blackout. Rubbish was left on bins from previous occupant. Although pillow and mattress protectors were present they were badly stained. Very poor quality towels.amd bed linen. The only mirror on the bathroom. No WiFi as such just 5G router with no instructions. Took 2 messages and over a week to receive the ridiculous £100 deposit back.

Nice warm cosy spot with good shower. TV was good I logged into Netflix fine.

The flat is spacious and well decorated and appointed

The flat is on the fourth floor of a block in an area of Bradford in easy reach of the station but the block is occupied generally by migrant families with young children. The lift was not working and according to residents, that I spoke to, hardly ever works. The common areas were unclean and strewn with plastic bags and debris. The stairwell is filthy , littered with refuse , teens texting on their mobiles and what looked like excrement. When it rained water came into the stairwell from a leaking roof making it slippery and unsafe. Although there is a entry lock to the building, it doesn’t work leaving the entrance open to any and leading through a series of enclosed spaces to get to the lift/stairwell

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect 👌
