"A frustating stay."

Modern building. Staff very supportive.

Unfortunately on arrival the card key would not operate the room door lock. No one present could fix the problem. As a consequence whenever we left the room we had to ask a member of staff to accompany us back to the room to give us access. Very disappointing and frustrating. This felt especially disappointing, and not up to standard, when we had paid so much for the room in the first place.
