Holiday Inn Sunderland - City Centre by IHG

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. A travel cot was provided for my baby. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming.

The single shower head was snapped, but there was an overhead one as well which I hadn't noticed on my first shower. But the second shower was lovely 😂

I wouldn't say this is a bad hotel. It is comfortable and the staff were pleasant, but I have stayed in Holiday Inns before and was expecting something nicer

This hotel was central and ten min walk to the empire which was where we wanted to be. The location was also great as there was a few pubs outside where we could eat. Sunderland had changed since I last visited for the best I could see re much investment it was great. The hotel was lovely and the staff had a problem with the key cards but dealt with it great. After our gig we went back to the hotel for a drink and snacks it was busy and a nice atmosphere. Would deffo go back and will look out for more gigs at the empire. Thanks to all.
