Nice modern Hotel, good Beds hot shower! Garage for Motorbike or Car! Everything good, 10 minutes into Center walk! Elevator!! Even the have a Light near bed!!

-very competitive price for room. - just a couple of blocks further from key tourist sites than other hotels. -good breakfast -helpful staff

Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. By the time I could help it was too late and they took the entire cost of the 4 nights. I understand that there would be some costs involved with this, and as such I was willing to pay even up to half of the costs involved, which I communicated with them. But to be charged the entire amount for a room that was not used is completely outrageous, I think they really lack compassion as losing this amount of money is completely devastating for our family. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you do not want to be stolen from. Doubtless this sort of policy would transfer to other parts of the hotel, as they clearly just want to charge as much money as they can without any sort of common decency.

Helpful and friendly staff even arranged a taxi to the airport for me. Breakfast is really good every morning. Easy walking distance to the bus terminal, parks, and museums.

Huge comfy bed, good AC, hot shower. Really friendly staff that helped us order a taxi and recommended a place for dinner. Everything was clean, very comfortable.

The breakfast set up was a little strange, we went to breakfast 20 minutes before the specified closing time and staff were setting up for an event later that day and we were told breakfast had finished. We spoke to the manager and went back up and then 2 ladies pulled out a table for us - breakfast was arepa and scrambled egg, fruit and instant coffee.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, restaurants in walking distance. We did walk from the bus station. Maybe 20min walk. Good value!
