- comfortable bed - double glazing!!! So even though the room was located next to the street, it was not too loud and we had a quiet night - clean - good wifi connection - receptionists were very helpful & proactive

- we had to ask for hot water every time as it would not heat up, the receptionists were always available though so it was not a problem once we knew - There was only one towel in the room (we booked for 2) - Cleaning personal was shouting and laughing very hard

The people at check in were very friendly. The rooms were clean, the view was awesome for the carnivales. The price was WAY too high for the hotel quality. I know prices were so incredibly inflated for the carnavales but not worth the money.
