The property was clean with good facilities

The marketing is disingenuous there are not multiple properties there is one. They will happily charge you for all of the options still on their listing. Once you get there they no longer communicate if there is a problem. If all is smooth you will be fine if there is a problem they will ignore you so take that into account. Booking.com have after a month sorted it out for me but with no engagement from this provider. I have used Booking..com a lot and I have never come across people like this.

I never saw it, they price gouged and cancelled on e to get more money. I’m still being asked for feedback and getting communications about being a no show. Took ages to get refunded.

Excellent location for centre of Birmingham and numerous attractions Little park across the road Facilies were clean and comfortable for an extended family , 3 generations Comfortable bedrooms and living area, well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs wc There is a good sized garden which is needing some tlc but kids enjoyed a kick around so all good

I like the kitchen and the rooms.

Avoid This Property – They Will Steal Your Deposit! I strongly advise against staying here. The property owners are extremely rude and unprofessional. When we moved out, three cleaning ladies came through, yet they still took our entire deposit, claiming the property needed further cleaning. When I asked for evidence, all they provided were pictures of a kitchen and living room that just needed basic cleaning—there was no damage whatsoever. It’s clear they use the deposit as a way to make extra money, which is probably why the property is so cheap in the first place. Don’t be fooled—stay somewhere else unless you want to be scammed! The pictures below is the reasons why my deposit was taken, absolutely ridiculous.
