The interior of the house is absolutely beautiful. Amanda is an amazing host and I highly recommend staying here as it meets all requirements and more.

"Great stay for a small group"

Deposit returned very quickly (checked out Sunday, processed Monday, received Tuesday) Location is good, easily accessed when arriving and can then get into the city centre on foot without trouble or bus with a stop right outside the gate (Edgbaston also very close). Welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Great communication from host. Check in & out very easy. Facilities were very good, plenty of space for our group of 5. Felt homely and comfortable generally, and beds were comfy too Free on site parking in a gated community was helpful

Deposit felt a bit unnecessary and steep.

Warm, very comfortable beds and sofa and chairs, spacious. Very helpful agent, I stupidly left something behind and she's sending it on. Just what we needed for a fun weekend. Good to have parking

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable clean and fully equipped house. All are needs were fully catered to and the owners were available for any questions we had. I definitely recommend!

Lovely warm, comfortable and stylish house with parking in friendly, safe neighbourhood close to the centre of Birmingham. Ideal for a family. Plenty of space. Great selection of books on a wide range of subjects. We had a great stay and may well stay again in future. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors to Birmingham.
