MVC - Unit 1405 - Bears Lair

Great place for a family vacation. Close to everything in town. The apartment is far enough off the main road that rd. noise wasn't an issue. It's definitely better than staying at a hotel.

I would say it needs a little updating, but the apartment was just fine for our short stay. The rugs needed to be tapped to the floor better, minor tripping hazard.

Having a full condo

The tub shot out black stuff when turned on, ice maker didn’t work and poured water into the fridge when turned on. Could have had more cooking supplies

The location was perfect!

1. There were huge stains on the king bed.. we had to wash the sheets ourself when we arrived.. 2. There were lady bugs everywhere in the condo.. all over the ceilings. 3. The rugs are coming up on the edges so bad that my baby and grandmother both had issues tripping over them. 4. The shower head in the master room barely works. 5. My babies feet were black from walking barefoot on the floors the first day..

We feel it was a good value. Good location.

The AC was loud. They talk about pool pass and there is not one, we did not need one. It was interesting because it said you would be charged a $50 fee the pool pass was not returned. Others had commented about it so we knew of this before our stay. The pool area was nice. Might want to bring extra TP only one roll per bathroom.

Nice location! I have always enjoyed staying at Mountain View . Most condos are really nice and comfortable.

Needs new couch. The couch bed is terrible you can’t sleep on it! Too many area rugs. Needs ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.
