Was very nice and roomy

The WiFi was spotty and the tv in the living room was on when we got there and it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and when we went to the pool we cut it off when we tried to run it back on it wouldn’t come on

Check in was easy, pools were nice, spacious rooms, and good location.

The GPS took us to the wrong road, the shower door was broken in the main bedroom, had to drive to the pool. The morning we left the elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our stuff down four flights of stairs.

Shower door was broke. Bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Floors were dirty and sinks. Dumpsters were far away. Outdoor pool wasn’t working for three days of our trip.

Views were amazing. Nice grounds quite and lots of activities for the kids

The floors in the condo could use a really good cleaning. And need more wash rags in bathrooms.

The location was wonderful. It was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom had a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod.

Very spacious and comfortable. loved the living areas, nice balcony. really nice to have access to a pool and hot tub, but there were confusing messages about how to access that. never saw a 'pool pass' which was listed on the room check-out as something that would cost $50 if we didn't turn in, and at the pool there were signs about needing wristbands, but no one around to ask. I left a fast phone charger behind, and texted the number I was told to text upon leaving, and they answered promptly and had found a different charger. I ended up losing my charger, but I was impressed with the kindness of the person who responded.

Beds and pillows were not great (beds were not close to firm and pillows were uncomfortable). Hard to figure out how to use the TV in the living room. didn't try the ones in the bedrooms.

Spacious condo. Nice to relax there after a busy day!

Internet was intermittent. There were no pool passes but maybe they don't require them anymore.

I appreciate that there was a call line for a representative at all hours and a maintenance person on site. The room was very spacious and I like that they include Xplorie tickets with your stay. The room was ready on time and we had no problem getting parking and getting into the room. The location was good, safe, and quiet. I also loved that there was an elevator and washer/dryer in the room.

The room was very dark and felt dingy in a sense. It was 80 degrees when we arrived as the heat was on, which made it take awhile to cool down. The master bedroom tv didn’t work and the wifi was not good at all. The room was clean but it could’ve been a lot better. The floor needed to be vacuumed, there was black stuff in the tub when water was ran, and the sheets had some staining. The water pressure was low and the railing on the balcony was broken which is a big safety hazard with kids. The leather couch was cracked and peeling. The smaller bed was comfortable with soft sheets, but the master felt like a very large piece of foam with scratchy sheets. I sank down immensely in the bed and it was not comfortable. There needed to be more towels, so we had to wash and reuse them. The master bedroom has double doors but there is a railing so you can’t step out. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price to me, but it was decent enough for only sleeping in the room.
