Hotel is clean and relaxing, not crowded Staff are very friendly and taking care of you ecpecially Mr Gamal and Mr Sameh Beach is beautiful and almost sandy Food was great

The location from the beach is far however there is a shuttle car all the time Half board does not include any drinks during dinner

The staff was very professional specially the leader of the staff in the restaurant Hamdy Mohamed always asked to give his efforts to help the guests also the manager was a great person and humble so I’ll give them 5 ⭐️⭐️

The facility was always clean and they effort a golf car for lifting the guests to beach it was a very nice experience for me

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel : les prestations sont supérieures à ce que l’on attend pour le prix payé. Les repas sont variés et de très bonne qualité. Les piscines sont magnifiques, la vue depuis la chambre était incroyable et les infrastructures sont complètes. Le personnel est particulièrement gentil, serviable et toujours à l’écoute. À chaque demande ou problème, une solution était rapidement apportée. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long du séjour.

Rien de particulier. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits des services proposés

Bonjour, hôtel pas d ascenseur ont était au 2eme étages,,la piscine pas dans l hôtel il fallait sortir de l hôtel pour la piscine, et aucune animation aux alentours il fallait payé un taxi pour aller manger hors de l hôtel car à partir de 18h plus de navette de l hôtel, ont n'y retourne plus. Et le buffet bof.

Ont était isolé de tout .fallait des transports pour tout les déplacements, aucune animation dans l hôtel.
