The hotel is in a very quiet area very beautiful and relaxing absolutely no noise And the beach is very beautiful and calm The staff was very helpful and responsive The food is very good A private car is always ready to take you to the beach until 6 pm

The beach is far also any supermarket or cafe is close to the beach area not near the hotel There are no activities in the night in the area near the hotel and you can’t get to the beach area exept by an uber

Very disappointing stay – we checked out after one night Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel itself was not the main issue; the biggest problem was the service and the attitude of the staff. To get to the beach (, guests depend on the free shuttle service. This is a small SUV that fits only a few people and is supposed to run every 5–10 minutes. However, the driver was very unfair in deciding who to pick up first. Even though we were waiting earlier than other guests, he took others before us and told us he would come back in five minutes. He never returned. We asked for help serval times, but nothing was properly arranged. In the end, after 45 minutes we had to return with help from the beach staff after the beach had closed. Throughout our stay, we did not feel welcome at all. There was no help with our bags, no proper greeting, no smile, and no basic hospitality. We also felt that Arabic-speaking guests were clearly given priority, while we as foreign guests were almost invisible to the staff. This was especially noticeable with the SUV driver, who spoke Arabic with other guests, decided to take them first even though we had been waiting earlier, and then left us behind after promising to come back. The only time some staff seemed friendly was when they expected a tip. We also experienced uncomfortable situations in the restaurant. Some staff tried to sell basic items such as fried eggs and coffee at unclear or inflated prices. For example, we were told a coffee would cost 140 EGP, while the actual price seemed to be much lower. This made the whole experience feel unprofessional and dishonest. The beach area was also very disappointing. Hurghada is known for its beautiful Red Sea, clear water, coral and marine life, but the hotel’s beach did not reflect that at all. The beach itself was not very attractive, and the sea area felt far below what we expected from a destination like Hurghada.

The location is great, and the view of the sea is absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view is something special. The surrounding area is lovely, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed my stay. The Front Office Manager Mohamed Reyad is very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent, and the value for money is great. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were perfect all of them not just 1 or 2 but all of them Mr Sameh Safwat , Mr Mohamed, the chef , all of the staff actually they're all amazing, and also Andrea I enjoyed the view the food and vibes of the hotel I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect hotel with a reasonable price you won't regret it❤️❤️
