Great location. Accessing unit easy. Nice floor plan.

Needs maintenance. Gross stain on chair, hole in wall, unfinished spackling on wall, shower stall floor looked really dirty but decided was just “well worn,” toilet paper sitting on floor cuz missing rod, cracked floor tiles throughout unit. Too bad cuz with a little repair & care, can be really nice!

The only good thing about this facility was that it had a pool for my kids to swim and the location.

Opinions from the spouse. The unit was a huge disappointment. The refrigerator did not work properly. The freezer worked, but that's not very helpful unless you want to freeze everything! The stove was gross as it had not been cleaned. There were holes in the wall in the primary bathroom, and an accent chair had stains on it. The closets were a mess as they were used for storage. The utility closet had a rug against the HVAC system and water heater. Fire Hazard! There was no toilet paper holder in the other bathroom, and all the towels in the unit were wet because the DRYER did not WORK due to the vent being clogged! Another fire hazard! The furniture is all dated and worn. There were springs protruding in one recliner and stains showing on some of the dining furniture. The furniture is too large for the unit, and the decor needs updating. It's like you step back in time to the 1990s. Do better! Don't sell the unit as being a great place to stay! This particular unit needs a lot of TLC and a deep cleaning. Use a laundry service instead of cleaning on your own and using the unit washer and dryer to clean sheets and towels. Not sanitary, in my opinion. Booking, if I were you, I would take this unit down and not advertise it! Such a disgrace! I would love to have my hard-earned money back. If I could have found a 3-bedroom condo quickly, I would have packed up on Tuesday and not looked back. I have photos of the unit if needed.

Location and amount of space..

Ice maker not hooked up. Refrigerator not cold enough. Tiles broke in several places. Washer and dryer we didn't use. Took forever for fot clothes to dry. (Small amount). (small amount). It seemed like the places was dusty and prints on glass table. Had to buy pan to cook breakfast in because their Teflon pan was worn and scratched. Wasn't going t o list all of this, but maybe they can make it better for the next guest.

Location was ideal, comfy and generally clean space.

The refrigerator did not work and we purchased perishable items that had to be thrown away. The floors and rugs were not very clean. We also couldn’t run the dishwasher due to no dishwasher cleaner was provided despite being referenced in the email that it would be provided.

The master bedspread looked quite dirty. Our pillows were worn out. The mattress was uncomfortable. The springs were loud and uncomfortable. The springs of one recliner seems to be broken as well. There are holes in the walls where things haven't been patched up. The dishwasher isn't attached to the cabinets. I almost pulled the whole unit out.

Location and price was excellent. Discounted attraction tickets were awesome. Everything was clean. Host always responsive

Dishwasher works great, just slides from opening when you open the door. Some of the seats on the bar chairs need to be glued or nailed on. Ice maker only made ice about once every 8 hours. Frying pans need to be replaced but worked with what we had. The tvs were challenging but I m not great with technology. Beds were fair. Not horrible but not really comfy

Location was great! View was beautiful, apt was spacious
