The room itself was great. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the location and amenities.

The key pad worked the first time to get into the condo so we got unpacked and left. When we got back and it was dark outside the key pad no longer worked. When I called the host they told me my option was to go to another building and knock on the maintenance man’s door and if he doesn’t wake up we’ll be stuck outside and have to sleep in our cars. We were also given the option of a refund and to go somewhere else. (But mind you, our stuff is in the condo, including my car keys because I rode to dinner with a family member.) After about 45 minutes they finally just “unlocked the door from their phone.” The next day the maintenance man came and couldn’t get it to work either so it wasn’t a user error on our part. This phone conversation that night was rude, inconsiderate, and I was in shock that we went through all of that for them to just let us in simply through their phone app. Would’ve given this place full 10/10 rating if not for that conversation. There were quite a few lights that were out within the facility as well, including by the door to get in so it was extremely dark trying to get in at night.
