Decoration was exquisite, and great location. Aircon is a must.

Breakfast was served a few blocks from the hotel. Swimming pool space is quite limited.

Hotel was very nice. The upgrade was exceptional and the location within the city was excelent.

Beautiful property, with design details on each corner. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed and great showers. Breakfast offered at a beautiful external venue. Would definitely stay at Privado again, the uniqueness of each room and all the great touches to make the guest experience more comfortable are definitely the cherry on the cake.

The hotel was very good, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. They asked me to choose a code for the room, which made it easy to access anytime. At first, I wasn’t thrilled about having a code instead of a key, but since I was going in and out often, I found it very convenient. When we entered the room, the AC was already blasting, which felt amazing. The space itself was comfortable, and the bathrooms were surprisingly large. The shower was excellent. Overall, I honestly have no complaints—just a great experience. The fridge in the room took a little time to cool things down, but it wasn’t a big issue. There’s also a rooftop pool; it’s small but definitely usable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to everywhere. Great area, great staff, and great rooms.
