"A fantastic stay in a safe area with many great restaurants, cafe’s and historic points around."

The Location & the rooms & the kind staff.

Overall it is complaining on high level: It would be nice to have more english-speaking staff or pay the staff some english courses as they all were super helpful - just communication was sometimes hard wirhout speaking spanish.

"I would only return for its people."

The people and service provided was +10, as well as the location and how nice the room looks.

The shower water was cold, even after waiting 10 minutes for it to heat up. Breakfast is two blocks away and the place doesn't look very nice, so we decided not to eat there.
