中国国際航空の帰国便がキャンセルされて困っていた時、オーナーのLAXMANさんがカトマンズオフィスまで同行し対応してくれた。おかげで翌日の便に搭乗できた。本当に助かった。頼りになるオーナーです。次回もぜひ利用したい。

"Peaceful location and Excellent Hotel."

I went Nepal as a solo traveller, and I was searching for a peaceful place to stay and I booked this hotel. It was really at a peaceful location very near from the main center (Thamel) and the tourist bus station is like 2 minutes away from the hotel. There is a supermarket near the hotel. All the staff are friendly, and responsive. The food I tasted there was good and tasty. Laxman, the owner there also had a trekking company from where I booked a short trekking. I highly recommend the hotel to all the travellers traveling to Kathmandu.

Les patrons et le personnel sont très gentils et à notre écoute Le breakfast est très bon, diverses options sont proposées. Certaines chambres disposent d’un petit balcon, très agréable. "Great stay, very helpful and friendly staff"

The staff were really helpful. They upgraded our room, helped us when we run out of cash to pay the cab and gave us very clear instructions. The breakfast was great, very filling.
