Madhuban Hotel

The staffs were very helpful, neat and tidy rooms, facilities were basic though value for money.

There was nothing much to dislike about as our stay there was comfortable. Simple improvement required, seperate the toilet and shower, a simple shower curtain will do the job. Toilets needs more cleaning using bleaches. Black toilet stains visible.

The property is located near the Thamel area and it’s very easy to walk to many restaurants and shops, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. The staff is super friendly, kind and very helpful. I stayed here before and my trek and was able to extend my stay easily when I wasn’t able to get a flight to Lukla due to weather and then I was easily able to extend my check-out time for my departure so I could take some more rest after a long trek. The hotel itself is very beautiful with a beautiful rooftop and nice views of Kathmandu. Thank you Madhuban Hotel!

Very nice facilities at a reasonable price. Staff was helpful and accommodating. About a five minute walk to the main tourist area of Thamel. So close enough to walk, but just outside enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of Thamel. Would stay again.
