The Anam Mui Ne

The property was absolutely gorgeous and every detail had been thought about. Staff were so lovely and food was delicious!

My only wish was a slightly better wine list/ selection.

My friends have their wedding here at the resort. My girlfriend wanted to check out the resort as well, so I booked it for 2 nights. It was very comfy. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. My girlfriend came late at midnight, they checked her in and brought her to the room. My girlfriend and I love the decor of the room with the bathtub in the middle of the room. I love going to the beach, however, I also love the facilities at the resort. The ceremony was in one of the ballroom. The reception was in the garden by the swimming pool near the beach. The lounge chairs are excellent as well. The only thing I believe could be improved is the food. The buffet was on a bit salty side which is not consistent with the food at the wedding. The wedding food was pretty bland. Overall, I would stay here again when I come back in the future. Highly recommend this place.

There appears to be a discrepancy between the service of hotel staff. The experience would have been made better with better service at check in and check out, with support with transfers. The acoustics in the rooms weren’t the best.

This was our first stay at the Anam in Mui Ne, which we transferred to from the Anam in Cam Ranh for the second part of our trip to Vietnam. We arrived with some trepidation as the Anam in Cam Ranh is truly exceptional, so the Mui Ne hotel had a really high bar to live up to. We need not have worried. The Mui Ne resort is much smaller than its sister resort, but is every bit as stunning. The rooms are really well equipped and maintained and we have never been anywhere that smells so incredible. The hotel is right on the beach which is superb and where it is amazing to spend time watching the kite surfers and relaxing. Despite being well positioned on the "strip" of hotels in Mui Ne, it never felt busy or noisy, but gives you many options for restaurants, local food and shops. The city of Phan Thiet is a 15 minute taxi ride away where you see the huge local market selling souvenirs and local products. The breakfast buffet is awesome and everyone will find something that they like to eat, to go with the amazing Vietnamese coffee! Within the hotel there are two pools, and there are plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas - never a problem finding one even when the hotel was full. On the beach, there are again plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. We arrived on the eve of a national holiday, and were warned that the hotel would be very busy. It was, and breakfast was very well attended which anywhere else could have been a challenging experience. However there were a host of staff clearing tables, seating guests, serving drinks and checking all of the food offerings were fully charged, no easy feat but everything ran seamlessly, like a well conducted orchestra. We were very impressed. Our thanks to Mr Quoc for his outstanding care and delicous coffee and the ever smiling Mr Quan who was a ray of sunshine and gave the impression he really loved his job. Mr Duy on reception was very kind as we celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay. The gym is quite small but very well equipped with new kit, and there are good options for running outside which we did every day - you just need to get up early to beat the heat! The stars of the show though were the amazing staff, who from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, gardeners and sunbed attendants were absolutely fantastic with nothing being too much trouble. Their only wish was that we enjoyed our stay, and their warm, genuine, friendly approach was perfect. Whilst this is a true 5 star quality experience, the hotel has a laid back feel where flip flops and shorts are perfectly acceptable giving a truly relaxing experience. This might not be as big as its sister hotel, but like a ship in a bottle, you have to wonder just how its done. It has applied care, attention, patience, passion, and a little bit of magic. This hotel delivers a wonderful experience, small yet perfectly formed. It is run with such precision by the Manager Peter Ye who has the superb team running to his exceptional standards of service. WOW! This is truly one of the top small hotels of the world, and we will return.

Very little to not like. We found the TV difficult to use - few channels available and we couldn't use our streaming services.
