Wasn’t clean when we arrived and we couldn’t check in. This took us another 2 hours on our last night in Panama City. Bad service

The location in Coco Del Mar is super central. You're no more than 7 mins on foot to a proper grocery store, or a few mins drive in a taxi. I think this company has a bunch of different units in the building, the unit we had specifically had an incredible view.

While the support/people on the back end were nice, the apartment itself looks like it was furnished entirely by a bad prompt in ChatGPT with something along the lines of "How do I furnish the apartment with the absolute bare minimum in the hopes that the guests don't do anything more than boil an egg?" I wouldn't say the place was dirty upon arrival, but it was clear that it had not been rented in a while, and there was a thin layer of dust on everything. The kicker, is that they charge a $120 CLEANING FEE, and that cleaning fee does not even come with a weekly/bi-weekly cleaning. It's a classic bait and switch, when you see the fee of $XX per night, but then comes out to an extra $15-20 a night after all of the taxes and ridiculous fees, one of which is a cleaning fee. I lost the FOB, which they were cool with replacing, but with a charge. It's a shame that the $25 couldn't come out of the cleaning fee they ripped us off with. The building itself has seen better days. All but one of the lounge chairs at the pool are entirely broken, the pool itself has junk to one side of it, and the gym's limited machines are functional, yet dated. no bowls, no hair dryer, no can opener, no wine opener, no hangers for your clothes, no iron, no extra garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. All of this you have to ask for, and it comes within a matter of hours, to days. There are like 4 power outlets in the entire place, and they seem to be at the farthest points imaginable, so an extension cord is 100% needed if you plan on working or using your laptop for a period of time there. In the end, they accused me of checking out late, when I have time stamps of when I called the uber out of the flat. In the end, a classic investment rental with absolutely no soul to it. If you get the unit that we rented, you'll get a good view, which is pretty cool.

Que tuvimos que esperar 3 horas para hacer el checkin por qué el lugar aún no estaba listo…. Seguían limpiando al llegar. Y no nos resolvían nada

El apartamento en general. La ubicación y la piscina del edificio.

La limpieza bastante mejorable. El apartamento solo tenía una toalla.
