I like the location of the property

The apartment 29B was not clean. We arrived and the cushions for both sofa and chairs were dirty and filled with stain spots. We also found multiple roaches each night we arrived. Air condition vent has not been cleaned in months. Hand prints and finger prints can visible, they are collecting dust from not being wiped. The kitchen had cabinet doors that were unhinged. The bedsheets had hairs and pillows as well. One of the showers smelled like pure urine. We didn’t have internet the entire time we stayed there. I started a dialogue via WhatsApp since that’s the only way you can communicate with the company that administers the property. There’s a number you but they pass you to the WhatsApp group for resolution. My issues were never resolved, I instead in speaking with the administrator, but that never happened. This is supposed to be a luxury type of accommodation, but instead it felt cheap and only focused on revenue.

The view was spectacular. It felt very safe having 24 hour security at the door and the facilities seemed well maintained and secure. It was quiet at night after the traffic calmed down around 11. The shower was pleasant. The ACs worked well. Once we figured out the electricity thing everything worked well.

The area isn’t very walkable. We managed it but it was hard to get places without an uber. The window latch and one of the blinds were broken and the couch a few cosmetic stains but clean, but for the most part the place was spotless.

Very easy check in, very kind people at the front desk, we didn't have any issues with the check in.

Cleaning of the apartment. Especially dishes and mugs (we found some that were dirty). Kitchen not very well equipped. We couldn't use the Washer and Dryer. Especially the dryer was not heating, the gas valve was closed and apparently the pipe not connected (we didn't explore any further) . Please advice the owner this issue since we really needed to use it. Since we had no time to loose que had to wash/dry in a facility near the area.

Alojamiento limpio, cocina equipada, aires con buen funcionamiento, excelente vista.

Camas regulares, nunca funcionó la llave del ascensor, atención al servicio muy regular.

Muy poco me gustó!

Horrible el estacionamiento, los aires no enfrían mucho y el personal de seguridad pésimos con las relaciones humanas!

we liked the view, and that there was a washing machine

the communications with the host was tenuous at best , the wifi only worked in half of the apartment (also no wifi in common spaces), the building itself was neglected and the elevators had issues, the dirty state of the apartment when we landed . but the real issue was the infestation of cockroaches the slowness in which the host reacted to it. it took a week and a call to booking to get them to move us to another spot in the building. we traveled with our toddler .. and having our daughter subjected to an infestation of cockroaches is simply not acceptable.
