The view was extraordinary

La ubicación. Depto de buen tamaño y bonita vista. Barrio tranquilo. Supermercado cerca. Guardaron nuestras maletas desde el medio día hasta la hora del checking (15:00)

Asistencia del anfitrión. Limpieza. Toallas con fuerte olor a humedad, papel higiénico insuficiente para el número de personas que eramos y los días contratados. Chapa de la puerta del baño de la habitación principal en mal estado. No se podía cerrar. Señal de internet muy mala. Nos entregaron 5 toallas de baño para 6 alojados. Informamos el problema con las toallas y papel higiénico, pero nunca lo solucionaron en forma concreta.

The view from our unit was amazing!

I just want to be clear - the accommodation did their best to resolve all of the issues we had. We had A LOT of issues. The unit was not that clean, with small piles of dirt at the front of the unit that looked like someone forgot to sweep up. The washing machine did not work and we had to get our laundry washed by someone else. The microwave did not work and had to be replaced. Only half of the burners on the stove worked and had to be repaired. The kitchen was poorly stocked and we had to ask for a cutting board and a lid for a pot. There was an issue with the key to get into the unit - after I forgot to pay the deposit, I sat in the lobby for an hour, communicating with accommodation, until I was finally given a key. The location was not great - a grocery store was about a 15 minute walk away and there were a few restaurants a few blocks away. The accommodation is mostly surrounded by car dealerships. Overall, I was very unimpressed with the accommodation.
