We loved the roominess and views and nearby market and restaurant. The beds were comfortable. Airport pickup was included and very much appreciated.

We were only given one key. It was required for the elevator and also the door and power for the apartment. That meant that all four of us had to enter or leave at the same time. For example, none of us were ever able to visit the pool or walk around the neighborhood because all of us were not interested in the same time. If we left the apartment the power was turned off, including the air conditioner. I understand the energy conservation but It took several hours to cool down in the evening when returning from a day of exploring. Having only one key was a huge problem. The apartment was not very clean and we saw a few insects in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bathroom shower design allowed water to spray onto the floor with each use. Overall, the beautiful city views from all rooms and location were wonderful and made a pleasant visit. Some small improvements would make it perfect.

Me gustaría que dejarán la clave WiFi dentro del apartamento, ya que las instrucciones me las enviaron al correo pero al llegar a Panamá no conseguí fácilmente una simcard con datos así que solo logré conectarme a la red al tercer día, pero considero que solo dejando las instrucciones escritas o la clave del WiFi se supera este inconveniente

La limpieza del lugar no fue la mejor, pisos sucios y había cucarachas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, una de las luces tampoco funcionaba y solo tuve agua caliente el último día de la semana que nos quedamos y por menos de 5 minutos. Se le avisó al anfitrión, quien fue bastante amable y respondió rápidamente; sin embargo no solucionó el problema. Lo más molesto fue tener que lavar todos los utensilios cada vez que queríamos usarlos.
