Great accomodations. Stylish, clean and spacious with a great view.

None of the staff spoke English. But a translator app solved that.

Nothing we never got to stay at the place lack of communication had to cancel and find another place in the late hours of the night after traveling all day.

No one at the check in can give no information

The amenities were great. The location was also ideal.

The front desk spoke no other language but Spanish and weren’t able to assist anyone speaking English. The disconnection between the booking and the front desk can get overwhelming. We had to take it on ours selves to communicate through booking as this was the only ground for mutual understanding due to the language barrier at front desk. The floor in the apartment was not clean.

Un lugar amplio con todo lo necesario para una estadía vacacional, limpio y con buena ubicación

Experiencia deficiente: problemas en el check-in, limpieza inaceptable y un apartamento deteriorado que no corresponde con las fotos publicadas. Equipos dañados como la lavadora causaron pérdidas, y el ambiente del edificio resultó incómodo. Aunque la atención fue amable, no compensa las fallas operativas y de mantenimiento. No lo recomendaría ni volvería a hospedarme.

The space was great for the value

We arrived at the facility around 11 am and we had to wait in the lobby. 13 of us traveling together with the youngest being a 10 month old. We had to wait until check time.
