Cosy Oasis in the Heart of Clifton Village

Right in the heart of a lively street with pubs, restaurants, and boutiques. Walk everywhere. Comfortable bed and good linens. Very private despite central location. Felt like a real home!

Definitely lively due to pubs esp on the weekend nights. Quiets down after midnight. Only found second set of towels in a drawer last day of weeklong stay. Some pans and kitchenware need replacing.

Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). We had a problem staying connected to the wi-fi, my husband works in IT so was able to fix this, but probably needs looking into further by the owners. Also the check out time works Mon-Sat as the lovely shops, cafes, delis etc are open by 10am however on a Sunday, it might be an idea to offer a later check out so you are not leaving before places have opened. Otherwise we cannot fault this and will definitely looked to stay again in the future when visiting Bristol.

Very nice property, cosy and warm feeling place, location is perfect, right in the heart of Clifton village, easy to get to all shops!

Before we arrived at property we received a phone call to ask for our card details to make some payments, it really confused us since we already paid when we booked. We thought that must be some kind of fraud. It turned out to be a deposit payment of £100, it will be refunded 5 days after check out. we disagreed on that, it should only be a credit authorization not a payment and refund. In the end, The host has kindly waived the deposit for us. However, it would has been perfect if we didn’t have to go through all the drama.
