Location, clean and good Colombian breakfast.

It’s in the second floor so take a huge luggage it’s not comfortable. The Netflix account didn’t work and upside in my room there were so many pigeons and I couldn’t sleep since 4.30 am.

A localização é muito boa, e gostámos muito da senhora Lizete que foi sem super atenciosa e amável connosco.

Os quartos são minúsculos e um tanto ou quanto claustrofóbicos, sem janelas. Nem temos a certeza que nos tenham dado o quarto correcto. O serviço da recepção foi péssimo! Chegámos pouco depois das 18h e não havia ninguém para nos receber, tinhamos o código da entrada que nos foi dado via whatsapp, mas não sabíamos qual era o quarto, nem horários, nada... Enviei mensagem à qual nunca responderam, liguei para o número e percebi que o tlf estava na recepção sem ninguém. Tivemos que andar a experimentar o código que tínhamos em todos os quartos para ver qual abria e qual era o nosso quarto. Para além disso, tinha pedido antecipadamente para que o pequeno almoço nos fosse serviço mais cedo em um dos dias, disseram-nos que era possível, no dia anterior enviei mensagem a relembrar, e nunca me responderam. Na manhã seguinte a informação não tinha sido passada, e a senhora Lizete não sabia de nada, felizmente foi super amável e disponibilizou-se a servir-nos o pequeno almoço. A recepção/recepcionista deixou muito a desejar.

"Beautiful room in a great location"

Very clean place, nice modern decoration, a lot of space in the room, good internet, very good independent access with rfid card. Great having every main touristic location in walking distance. Kind staff and also included breakfast.

The main lunch area a little bit to small for all guest having breakfast at the same time.

"Buena opción!"

Hotel bien ubicado aunque no tiene recepción 24h. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, un baño privado, aire y agua caliente (se acaba rápido). Cama cómoda y silencio. El desayuno bueno.
