Luum Guest House

We had an overall okay stay at this place. The location is really good and convenient, making it easy to get around. The accommodation is quite simple but had everything we needed for our stay. It’s worth noting that the water doesn’t get very hot, which was okay for us, but something to be aware of. Overall, it’s a fairly basic option that met our needs :)

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! OUR ROOM WAS BURGLED WHILE WE SLEPT ON 15.02.26!!!!!! 😡

On our last night our room was burgled whilst we were sleeping! The thieves had rifled through my partners bags and stole her phone and debit cards! The hotel owner had messaged us a few days earlier to ask permission to “Improve Security” on our balcony doors, yet they did nothing!!! They knew it was a problem yet failed to get it fixed and failed to protect us. The staff had no sympathy or empathy for our situation, and the owner was there when we reported it but he denied being the owner. The local police showed more concern than the hotel staff. We asked for a refund to cover some of our losses (including and expensive iPhone) but they point blank refused. The owner then made off quickly and left his manager to face the music! We 100% think it was an inside job, so do yourself a massive favour and avoid this place. Oh, we were also left without hot water for 24 hours to add insult to injury!

Me encanto el sistema, lo moderno. Me gusto el desayuno, pero la mejora seria dar variedad para que no sea repetitivo, por las instalaciones impecables y la atencion excelente. Quede encantada

Everything was good. Really nice people, except the lady that checked us in. She was nice. Everything was clean and our room with a terrace was comfortable.

The walls between the rooms are thin so you can hear everything.
