Called to ask for bedding for the sofa bed included in the room, and had to go down to the front desk to get it. Maybe that's just the level of service at this hotel, but it seemed like bedding should have been available in the room or asked about while checking in even if there aren't available room service staff to bring it up.

"It was a good experience, it’s a good value, people are nice, breakfast too."

The pet room smelled funny- it was as an obvious string cleaning agent.
