Housekeeping, Desk Clerk, Breakfast Attendants, and GM We Love you Holiday Inn Express! We appreciate all that you did for us. Desk Clerk in a internet outage you were awesome. All y'all were. Thanks for making our stay great and being an Oasis after some long daylight hours with our Family Reunion!!!

The fire alarm went off at 12:30 am. I feel that the staff could have done a better job of keeping the patrons informed of the details as we were all standing outside. Thank goodness it was a nice night.

The air conditioner worked amazing. Our pet friendly room was convenient & location was grassy & great for walking my dogs :)

I didn't like the employee who talked to everyone during breakfast. Just annoyed me.

Nice property and accommodations!! Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. My only issue was the WiFi was out (not the hotel’s fault) and 5G was not good inside the room to get work done; and the child running loudly above us at all hours (again not hotels fault.) If any management sees this I’d just suggest placing families with small children on the bottom floor or above the lobby or places they couldn’t disturb the people below them. 😉 This will probably be our go to Boise stop.

Expedia gave us confirmation for 2 queen beds and the property refused to give us that and in fact has suggested never to book with Expedia as the issue is always with Expedia. No internet for 2 full days.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast options, snacks available for purchase, clean modern spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, convenient parking, close to freeway . . . What’s not to like??? Had a great stay!
