U-GO Edificio Murano Elite, Bocagrande

Very good equipt apartments, nice Decor, comfortable.

A great place to stay in Bocagrande.. probably the brst on the strip there. Great Beach access but the walking vendors on the Beach are aggressive and constant.. the women walking around trying to give massage are especially annoying too.

Loved it here!

The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good.

The best view to the beach

The apartment is located across from the beach with great views from the windows and balcony. It was very clean. It is walkable to the mall and lots of restaurants and shops. My one complaint would be that I could not get in hot water in either of the showers.

I normally don’t do reviews but had to for this property. The hotel itself, staff, area, atmosphere and location is great! The layout of the room is just as pictured and explained. The staff are easy to talk to and deal with. However, Rm 502 is roach infested, especially the kitchen. In the fridge, freezer, microwave, all over. Then I started seeing them by the tv table. Not so much upstairs but a few were on the couch in the bedroom. None in the closet or drawers thankfully because I was shaking everything nightly and prior to packing. This is not meant to be a negative review, as to I would consider staying again simply because it’s perfect outside of that but that was major. I just don’t want anyone to get room 502 or anything around it. I hope the rest of the property would be clear. I didn’t see any reviews like this prior to booking myself. Great time and visit outside of that.

Beautiful property in a great location. Property was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly.

This was an excellent experience. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The building felt very safe and secure with restricted access to guests only and the entrance/front of the building was monitored day and night. I enjoyed staying here far more than the experience I had at a 5 star hotel two blocks away. The next time I visit this place will be my first choice for a place to stay.

Everything was excellent on the property the only thing I was disappointed is that we couldn’t able to turn on the jacuzzi in the room and that was the reason I book this property I send message two times to the person in charge and supposed she a Send me the video how to turn on but I never get the video I reach to her again yesterday that was my last day there and she didn’t reply to me
