Wonderful stay and location. Only downside was no hot water for shower.

The property was amazing. Very clean and very well kept. The view was spectacular and the property has nice amenities such as the gym, pool with sauna and spa. My friends and I had a blast. The only downside was that we were not allowed to bring visitors. The men at the front desk wouldn't let us bring our friends up to visit unless we paid them 50 US for each friend. Very shady behavior and not professional. Next time I may just look for somewhere where my friends can visit without payment since we already paid for the stay

Beautiful view. However, the code on our door did not work properly. It’s a 4 digit code and the door unlocks when you press any 5th digit which is odd. The manual lock also does not work at all. The man at the front desk sent a delivery guy (we ordered food) to our door to sort out a problem with the delivery. We felt that only the workers at the hotel should know where we are staying, not a random man, since it is very easy for anyone to go to the elevators. We did not feel very safe after that. When we expressed our concern and kindly asked the man for next time to please not send anyone from outside to our room and if they can wait in the lobby, the man simply did not care and was giving us attitude. We also kindly asked if we can extend our check out time since our flight got delayed and he only extended it up to 12pm which was perfectly fine. Until the housecleaner came to our room and basically kicked us out and we had to rush leaving since we were under the impression that we had 1 more hour. When I asked the same man (this is also the same one with the delivery incident), he shrugged his shoulders. The pool guy was also very rude as well. We are kind people, I work in the restaurant industry and I never ever write bad reviews but this was honestly a bad experience. Terrible service, doors don’t lock well, did not feel safe at all. Overall, 2 stars and that’s only because of the view from our room.

Property secured and well maintained. Beach unsafe at night

The view was amazing throughout the property. I felt safe at this property. It is very walkable and is near the mall, grocery store, and many restaurants. The beach is across the street. The communication with the property management was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

I loved everything about the property. It was such an amazing experience to stay here because of the views, the pools and how everything was at a walking distance. Honestly I’m beyond impressed with the cleanliness, quiet and how beautiful it was. If I ever come back to Cartagena again I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend to anyone to stay here at the hotel in Cartagena. Overall the staff U-go was very good with the communication.

The apartment was very clean and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough of it. It was 3 bathrooms so it worked perfectly for our group of 6. Keep in mind that this works as an apartment and not a hotel room. Therefore, once you run out of toilet paper or need anything replenished, the building does not provide that so we needed to get our own. It wasn’t a huge challenge since there are like 4 places 2 minutes away that we could get what we needed from, including groceries and we didn’t run out until our 3rd day there. The staff was super sweet and really accommodating. The property is in a great location as well. Although we didn’t walk to the other parts of the city like Centro and Getsemaní, we took a ride-share app taxi which was like under $5 cheap, wherever we took it to because we were pretty close. Overall, a great choice for your stay in Cartagena.
