Hilton Santa Marta

The hotel was spectacular and the staff was absolutely amazing. I loved the spa.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Beds were great very comfortable as well as the pillows

Everything was very good. Bed very confortable, accesibility to take filter water and ice. Restaurant was very good with many options

This is a new property and very elegant. The only negative comment would be that the restaurant seemed to be a bit short staffed and service was slow.

The experience was fantastic, the people were great and helpful. The installation was excellent, rooms very clean, comfortable and very spacious. Close to the beach, safe and secure. The pool and the bar were incredible and fantastic.

The Hotel's location was superb, you could roll out of bed onto the beach and we were a short drive away form the airport, unfortunately my family and I arrived to several issues, misinformation and shortcomings that made some aspects of our stay, awkward. The staff were super friendly but unfortunately it seems that they were either poorly trained or the hotel was extremely short staffed, ordering drinks or food took very long and then much longer to receive them. We were given some information about the facilities during checking that the rest of the staff kept consistently contradicting. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't the best either.
