Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. Breakfast is very good. We had a couple of bad meals but overall the food is good. I wou recommend this hotel if in the Santa Marta area.

Disappointing Experience – Lacking Services I stayed at Hilton expecting a relaxing and well-organized experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in some key areas. First and foremost, the beach service was practically nonexistent. There were not enough chairs or umbrellas, and no staff was available to assist with setting up or taking orders. At the restaurants are no variety and in some cases, certain items were unavailable except for the breakfast buffet. Additionally, towel service was frustrating. Towels were either unavailable or required long wait times to get replacements. It felt like the hotel was constantly running low, which is unacceptable for a resort-style property. Lastly, there was a serious lack of information provided to guests. From check-in to daily activities, we were left guessing about many things. No proper guidance on available services, and little communication from staff made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Overall, the location and potential of this hotel are great, but the lack of organization and basic services made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope management takes these concerns for improvement the experience for future guest.

This is a really good hotel. Very good food, service, drinks, layout, pools on the 2d floor and rooftop (a beautiful infinity pool), on the beach, and good location. I highly recommend it and would like to go back!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We loved the two pool options -- second floor and rooftop. Restaurant food was good and well priced. Breakfast is not automatically included.

Average. Had a very bad experience upon arrival, however the rest of the stay was very good. The general manager of the hotel approached us and was very accesible and understanding. They need to continue to work on employee customer service development. I am a Diamond Member at Hilton and I was not aware if you make your reservation in Expedia, you do not receive the Diamond Members Benefits. At the end it was a good stay with room from improvement. I will stay at the hotel again. The staff at the Tyrona Club were amazing(Henderson) amazing person. My family really enjoyed talking to him. Efren at the lobby!!...Very good
