Very nice Hotel, just doesn't have enough elevators so expect to wait a long time for elevators at peak times. Also a bit understaffed. The staff did their best and were very nice.

Great facilities , new and modern hotel . Easy access to beach. Excellent design of the building. Excellent food and restaurant. To improve : internal beach area , better organization. Service: most of the people doing great and very kind. Some people still to improve service quality mainly in towels beach area and people organization. The beach man with very good disposition to help and very proactive. We missed a book in the lobby and never appeared .

"This is a 2.5 star hotel. Not worth the money. "

This hotel is a 2.5 star. Period. I'll be fair in the review to give you a good idea why you should not stay here and instead stay at Irotama next door or somewhere else: The good: the food. Whoever is cooking is the redeemable quality of this hotel. Both restaurant and room service food was well cooked and delicious. The spa service was also exceptional. Being at the spa felt like being in a different hotel. The bad: Uff, so many. Painfully slow check-in, no recognition of Hhonor members, rooms not ready, reservation names not appearing in the system, no towels in the pool, no drinks available at the bar, no food available in the pool, damaged security box, no one answers the phone at reception, they ran out of towels, breakfast was incredibly disorganized, had to find a server to ask for eggs, hotel guests can't walk in the path front of the hotel (huh? That makes no sense) and elevators are packed and slow. It seems like small things, but these little details make a stay exceptional or horrible. You will be annoyed at some point during day one of your vacation; I guarantee it. The ugly: service is horrendous. If there were a harsher word, I would use it. The lack of training, procedures, and knowledge is evident. You will ask someone to help you, and they will forget about it two seconds later. Asking for coffee 4 times, eggs 4 times, and towels 4 times will be your experience here. The ridiculous: I've never been in a hotel that ran out of butter.

"Never Go Again "

My Experience at this Hilton Property was a huge let down the staff was very poorly trained and staffing levels during the busiest time of year where low putting it lightly. My check in was at 3 pm and l did not see my room until 7:15 pm after a 6 hour flight. Extremely disappointed with not even a cup of coffee offered as a measure of care

The property is run down. For $300 a night Hotel this is quite outrageous. The manager is very bad. He doesn't make the staff clean the windows or change the towels whether in the pool or in the room they are worn out, stained and yet put back each time apparently. The Personnel at the restaurant is slow and unmotivated. We sat each time and had to wait for 45 minutes for our order to be completed. You would imagine that for Hilton things would be different.
