At the roof top pool "lifeguard" name Sebastian start blowing his whistle and yelling at me to get off the edge of the pool i was sitting,in a very rude and embarrassing way,i asked him why ,he said there is rules on the entrance,i read the rules and it is nothing on it to prohibited it..Hotel Manager should educate its employees how to treat costumers not to intimidating them..

Right on the beach with direct access from the hotel. Two infinity pools one of them is adults only great for getting away from the noise. Only thing I didn’t like was house keeping never would put new towels, complimentary water bottles were empty and never refilled the whole trip, and ac unit is tricky to use I like my room cold was a bit annoying trying to figure it out.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Online room service menu lacks breakfast menu description. Room service can be faster. Hotel should hire more staff during high season. Overall, I will highly recommend this location.
