No tuve nada de atención ya que solo nos pidieron al llegar cubrir la reservación en su totalidad y desde dos días antes no tenían agua. Se le informa al que nos dió la Habitación y estaba el Baño sucio pedimos el Reembolso y no nos los devolvieron muy molesta la verdad, Situación ya que se pago más de $3,000 y mejor del Coraje me retire

El servicio, no se reembolso ni siquiera nos pidieron una disculpa ni nos dieron información de cuando llegaba el agua, me sentí discriminada, pague con tarjeta y la estancia de 5 noches y si fue más de $3,000 gasto por ir a una cita médica

"Volvería como primera opción de viaje."

Ubicación perfecta céntrica,a un lado del " pasillo del humo",aunque este pasillo no es tan bueno lo dicen,existen otros lugares mejores solo se tiene que buscar (ej. Tlayidas la chinita),,,cerca de la plaza principal.y chocolate a un costado aunque algo caro.

Algunas fallas en el baño. Aunque tienen y lo bueno es que tienen externos.

I was amazed by furniture all over the property! It remain me Versal or even Louvre and it impressed my imagination... Plus the rooms have theirs own names! It's so interesting and unusual that makes this place very unique.

I like everything and do not have any disappointments.

Hard to find, the place has a different name. The room wasn’t pleasant at all, very uncomfortable. The gave us the last room all the way to the top of the old building,no hot water.

Das gebuchte Standardzimmer (auf dem Foto links hinten) hatte kein Fenster. Es war klein, muffelte, das Bad fühlte sich feucht an. Die einzige Quelle natürlichen Lichts kam über den Innenhof bei geöffneter Tür. Wir lehnten den Bezug des Zimmers ab. Ein angebotenes, helles und zu belüftendes Zimmer im OG - auch mit Klimaanlage - nahmen wir zu einem Aufpreis an. Das Hotel ist in einem Gebäude aus den 1910er Jahren mit Jugenstildeko eingerichtet. Es fanden zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Restaurant statt.
