They didn’t clean our room, had to ask for fresh towels. Wasn’t aware of fee for parking.
DEPrinzipiell ist das Konzept ansprechend, gerade auch die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoss (Lobby, etc) sind modern gestaltet, die Zimmer grundsätzlich auch
Das Frühstück war eine echte Enttäuschung. Hier nimmt man sich abgepackte Produkte aus einem Schrank oder Kühlschrank. Abgesehen davon, dass das pre-packaged Konzept grundsätzlich nicht meinen Vorstellungen von einem leckeren Hotel-Frühstück entspricht (sonst kann ich mir ja auch eine Wohnung nehmen und selbst einkaufen) und mit viel Müll einhergeht (jedes Messer, Gabel, Löffel war einzeln in Plastik verpackt), waren einige Teile auch sehr schnell weg. So gab es z.B. um 8:30 Uhr keine Bagels mehr.

Not having more lights and one that are easily accessible behind or next to the bed was a problem. Not having outlets to plug in electronic behind or next to the bed makes no sense.
